Follow my order

There are several ways to track your order.

Your customer account

If you have a customer account, simply select your order and check its status. You'll see if it has been prepared and shipped. You can click on "track shipment" to go directly to the courier tracking page.


If you only have a guest account, you can request the creation of a customer account at contact@forgottentribes.fr.

By e-mail

1) Mails from Forgotten Tribes

You normally receive two e-mails from Forgotten Tribes, one when you place your order, and another when your order is dispatched. Just click on "View my order" to go to a page dedicated to your order.




 


2) Mails from Colissimo (or other depending on your country)

I haven't received any emails

They may have fallen into your spam folder.You can search for "Forgotten Tribes" among your emails or spam to find them.

Contact us if you'd like us to resend them.


I have nothing in my order history

Did your order go through? Did you see a confirmation message with an order number at the end of your order?

I can't access my account

Contact us if you've lost your password, or if you only have a guest account.


My parcel is slow

Packages generally take 2/3 working days within a country to arrive at their destination after shipment. 

For international deliveries, you can look at this page.

Anything longer is abnormal. You can contact us to check on the progress of your order.


I didn't pick up my parcel at the relay point on time

In this situation, the parcel is returned to the sender. Contact us to arrange a new delivery.

When you use the service point delivery service, you are contractually committed to collecting your parcel.


My package is marked as "delivered" in the tracking system, but it's not in my mailbox.

Contact us if you have any problems, and we'll ask Colissimo's after-sales service to start an investigation. The parcel is sometimes in a neighboring box...
