What are the methods of shipping?
We use the Courrier Colissimo for all our deliveries.
You have the choice between two methods of delivery:
- Standard Delivery
- Service point delivery (At the Post Office or a service point near you)
Service point delivery might be a delivery of choice if you live in a flat or when you're aware than mailmen have difficulties reaching your mailbox . It's also cheaper in most cases.

Are returns free?
France:
The returns are free in Metropolitan France.
Europe and International:
Europe and International customers are responsible for the return shipping.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30 days return and exchange policy. This allows you to return anything you have bought from us within 30 days of the delivery date, for either an exchange or a refund.
What are the delivery times ?
Shipping:
From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 3 p.m. are generally shipped the same day.
